Executive Assistant

Your responsibilities:

  • Close cooperation with UK’s Executives
  • Complex calendar management
  • Organizing business meetings, conferences and external meetings
  • Coordinating and handling the logistics of business trips for members of the Board Management (flights, hotels, restaurants, local transport)
  • Timely reconciliation of expenditures and business trips costs
  • Managing the circulation of correspondence and documents
  • Preparing presentations and minutes from the meetings
  • Preparing letters and other documents for Board Management

Our requirements:

  • Fluency in English is a must – both written and spoken
  • 3 years of experience in a similar role in demanding, multinational business environment
  • Experience in working with confidential information
  • Ability to manage priorities, very good organization of work
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, personal maturity, ability to build relationships
  • Ability to work under time pressure
  • Conscientiousness and reliability in performing the entrusted tasks
  • Adaptability and flexibility
