Executive Assistant
Your responsibilities:
- Close cooperation with UK’s Executives
- Complex calendar management
- Organizing business meetings, conferences and external meetings
- Coordinating and handling the logistics of business trips for members of the Board Management (flights, hotels, restaurants, local transport)
- Timely reconciliation of expenditures and business trips costs
- Managing the circulation of correspondence and documents
- Preparing presentations and minutes from the meetings
- Preparing letters and other documents for Board Management
Our requirements:
- Fluency in English is a must – both written and spoken
- 3 years of experience in a similar role in demanding, multinational business environment
- Experience in working with confidential information
- Ability to manage priorities, very good organization of work
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent interpersonal skills, personal maturity, ability to build relationships
- Ability to work under time pressure
- Conscientiousness and reliability in performing the entrusted tasks
- Adaptability and flexibility
